Our CNC-controlled grinding machines are located in a climate-controlled space. We process round and round profile products (up to a diameter of 350 mm) and flat and flat profile products (up to a size of 600 mm x 250 mm) there. We also perform honing, lapping and centreless grinding operations. We measure cylindrically ground products by air measurement and using our high-precision roundness gauge.

Supply Chain Management
Many customers place their entire project (sourcing, purchasing, production as well as assembly) with Nijdra. As a result, they benefit from our long-term relationships with sub-suppliers and transport companies. We produce a lot in-house. This saves the end customer a lot of logistics costs. Our sourcing and procurement team ensures that products we do not produce ourselves (e.g. electronics) are available on time.
Cleanliness and clean production
Customers are increasingly demanding that products be delivered dust-free, for example according to Generic Standards ASML (GSA specifications). Nijdra has designed its production and assembly accordingly; we produce, assemble, clean, inspect and package according to the customer's requirements.
Product Lifecycle Management
Accelerating technological developments are shortening product life cycles and modifications/upgrades are taking place more frequently. The time-to-market of new products must therefore also be ever shorter. As a supplier, we therefore always take a flexible and innovative approach. Our extensive experience in the high-tech industry means we add value for customers at every stage – from development to the final product.
