Pharmaceutical en Competencies

For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we produce a complete machine that automatically packages and checks drugs. Nijdra manufactures various parts in-house, purchases parts worldwide, assembles, tests and validates. We also take care of the final logistics part: packed, we send the machine directly to our client's customer.
Supply Chain Management
Many customers place their entire project (sourcing, purchasing, production as well as assembly) with Nijdra. As a result, they benefit from our long-term relationships with sub-suppliers and transport companies. We produce a lot in-house. This saves the end customer a lot of logistics costs. Our sourcing and procurement team ensures that products we do not produce ourselves (e.g. electronics) are available on time.
ESD / Static Discharge
Nijdra also assembles circuit boards and electrical components in mechatronic assemblies. To prevent damage from uncontrolled discharge of static electricity, the workstations are ESD (Electro Static Discharge) protected. Our trained staff also have ESD-safe wristbands and workwear, among other things. The work floors are also ESD-safe.
Cleanliness and clean production
Customers are increasingly demanding that products be delivered dust-free, for example according to Generic Standards ASML (GSA specifications). Nijdra has designed its production and assembly accordingly; we produce, assemble, clean, inspect and package according to the customer's requirements.
