Dennis van Dijk, Nijdra Group general manager: “It was really good to see and speak to so many people we know in person again. We were pleased to welcome existing business partners as well as potential new clients to our stand. This year we shared a stand with our German engineering partner B&W Engineering und Datensysteme GmbH. By working together we can offer a wider range of services, and by sharing a stand, we confirmed and strengthened our partnership. If all goes well, at next year's Precision Fair we will be able to demonstrate a joint optical/medical project which we are currently working hard on! At our stand we also had a large screen on which visitors could watch the transformation of our machine factory in a timelapse. Observant visitors could see we emptied the factory to recoat the floor and install a new robot cell with two 5-axis machining centres. They may not have noticed the new climate control system and the LED lighting, but our employees certainly appreciate these new installations. This was very well received by all visitors to our stand!”
